تم الاتفاق بين معالي السفير الدكتور صلاح آل السلطاني سفير السلام العالمي وسفير النوايا الحسنة بين الشعوب رئيس مجلس إدارة رئاسة شبكة أبابيل للإعلام والسلام والثقافة والعلوم والعلاقات العالمية ومقرها في جمهورية العراق وبين معالي  الدكتور عبد القادر بن سالم عميد معهد الدراسات الاسلامية ومقره في الجمهورية الجزائرية على بروتوكول عمل وتعاون وصداقة واعتراف واعتماد مشترك في ترسيخ مفاهيم أسس نشر الإنسانية والسلام الدولي العالمي بين شعوب الأرض كافة والمضي قدما نحو تكثيف وبذل كل الطاقات والجهود الرامية في بث معايير التعايش السلمي بين جميع الشعوب في العالم لخدمة الإنسانية ونشر المودة والمحبة ليعيش العالم اجمع في مودة ومحبة وسلام وكذلك تم الاتفاق على التعاون العلمي وتبادل الخبرات واستخدام اللوجو الخاص بهما وإقامة المؤتمرات العلمية والتاريخية والإنسانية وتبادل الزيارات واللقاءات الهادفة ويعتبر كل طرف منهما ممثلا لمنظمة الطرف الآخر ويشمل البروتوكول جميع الانشطة العامة والخاصة بتنمية المجتمعات كما ويوضح البروتوكول شمل الدعم الخدمي للمشتركين بين الطرفين ومنح الشهادات التقديرية للمشاركين ووضح البروتوكول ان لكل طرف استقلاله الاداري والمالي بما يحقق اهدافه ويكون هذا الاتفاق ساري المفعول من تاريخ التوقيع عليه من الطرفين.
